We are XD Inc. A game company that endeavors to bring players of all ages a joyful and fun gaming experience that is worth sharing with friends and family.
Many XD employees are now parents. While, like all parents, we place a high value on children’s physical and emotional health, as well as their development. We believe that, when appropriately guided, games can function similarly to other family entertainment activities in terms of fostering family affection and connection.
Therefore, we emphasize the following criterions considering childrens’ online safety:
- Strictly obey and implement the laws and regulations related to the protection of children in each country/region.
- We DO NOT design gaming systems that will deliberately make gamers addicted and take advantage of human nature. We WILL NOT encourage players to top-up irrationally so that we could gain short-term corporate profits.
- To ensure that the game content provided by XD is safe for players of the corresponding age group, we rigorously adhere to the game age rating system of each country/region.
- Provide explicit customer service instructions to help young players and their guardians understand and take better control of in-game play and payment behavior.
Here are some common questions parents may encounter when learning about or managing their children’s gaming behavior.
